☆ Please provide the necessary information about the commission. Visual references, detailed descriptions such as desired pose or facial expressions, character traits etc.
If there's no clear reference, the client will have to pay an additional design fee.
☆ I have all the rights to refuse a commission.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
☆ I claim all the rights to the finished drawing. I might use the artwork in my portfolio, as well as to promote my own art.
☆ The commissioned artwork will be for personal use only. (posting on social media, icon, header, banner, etc. with proper credits.
☆ Commercial use involving merchandise, ads, or any direct profit from my artworks will be charged with an extra commercial fee. Commercial license rates may be discussed with me.PROCESS
☆ Full payment is received before I start, complexity fees are paid after sketch approval.
☆ A sketch/rough colored draft will be sent to the client for approval before I start rendering.☆ The final image will be sent in png format (300 dpi) via email/shared google drive folder. Please let me know if you have preferences or requirements for the resolution and orientation (landscape, portrait, square) of your commission, and I will work accordingly. CSP/PSD files are available upon request.
☆ There is a limit of 2 free revisions per request.

WAITING TIME
☆ Turnaround time: 2-6 weeks, maximum 3 months. Depending on complexity and personal schedule.
☆ If the commission will be delayed or worst case scenario, I wont be able to finish it; I will inform you in advance.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
• If you wish to cancel your commission, please notify me about it as soon as possible. Refunds will be given according to the grid below and are dependent on my progress.- No progress: 100%
- Sketch/Rough draft: 75%
- Lineart/Base colour: 50%
- Overpaint/Rendering: 0%Completed commissions cannot be refunded. (Note: this includes sketch commissions)If I am not able to finish your commission, I will notify you about this as soon as possible. Refunds will be according to the progress mentioned above.
